[aprssig] PIC processor for APRS info for D-STAR mobiles?

I usually don't get in the middle of fights but you know this is starting to
get a bit ugly and it is not looking good for any parties involved.

Any personal bitching I belive should be kept off the list, and this is
going well beyond constructive criticisim. I am getting tired of it and I am
sure that many others are also.
