[aprssig] PIC processor for APRS info for D-STAR mobiles?

anyone sense any animosity here?  nawww... not me.  All of this, and I
_still_ haven't seen an answer to my dumb questions about squirting data
into the leftover 1200bits of digital voice.  I suppose I'll just go back to
my corner and sit down with my back to the room.
