[aprssig] packet error

    Also, that digi is set up improperly, it truncates all WIDE2-2 and 
WIDE3-3 packets down to one hop.  I have to be creative and use  path of 
"WIDE3-2" in order to get anywhere, avoiding that digi altogether.
