[aprssig] Delayed traffic ?

One of the reassons why I don't like terrestrial digipeating of
ISS packets.  All it takes is a weak squelch somewhere, and
packets become non-real-time very quickly.  Hours old, if a
noise source appears near a digi...  Bob, WB4APR
