[aprssig] Garmin 'Zumo'

Sounds like it is similar to the way the Rino 530HCx does serial.  When it is put into the NMEA I/O mode it uses a 
couple of pins on the USB connector to do the serial I/O.  It takes the cable from Garmin which has some electronics in 
it to make it work.
