[aprssig] Backpack Portable Battery Specs

I'm probably off-topic, but I've operated terrestrial and satellite APRS from the White Mountains (NH) using just AA's.   All it took was the D7 and a GPS receiver.  

I'm wondering where the 2 amp figure comes from.
