No.  They are user defined.  They are only 3 bits included in a
Mic-E.  You define them for your event as you want.  If we tried
to "define" them, then on the air, no one would know what they
meant since everyone would have a different definition.

So, define them for the SENDER and RECEIVER and then you can use
them.

For example.  For my kids, we might agree that CUSTOM1 means
COME GET ME...

Etc.
