[aprssig] WAAS problems???

Earl,

Working fine in NJ today on my Garmin 396.  I checked duats.com for the clovis area and found this NOTAM covering the nexr few days:

Albuquerque Center (NM) [ZAB]: February NOTAM #10 issued by Gps Notam OA [GPS] 
Navigation GPS is unreliable and May be unavailable within a 324NM radius of 372023.4N/1160158.4W (Located within TONAPAH test range) at FL400, decreasing in area with decrease in altitude to 277NM radius at FL250, 198 nautical miles radius at 10000 ft. mean sea level and 197NM radius at 4000FT above ground level. 1900 - 0845 daily effective from February 11th, 2008 at 12:00 PM MST (0802111900) - February 15th, 2008 at 01:45 AM MST (0802150845)
