  Hello,

If you need a parsing engine that can inject records into MySQL off of a serial port I might be inclined to add serial support to OpenAPRS's daemon and release the current version for you. It's written in C++ and should compile on most standard systems with the MySQL client libs installed.

Let me know if you're interested off list and I'll see what I can do. Then all you'd need is a TNC/radio pair to make it work.

    Hello

What is the cheapest way to have a receive only station, with plain text ?

I want field units to send packets and a LINUX computer pick them up off serial.

Then add to mysql table and web front end
