[aprssig] PK-96 not responding

Start a dumb terminal program and turn power on the tnc while holding the 
reset button.  The tnc will power on with all the lights on.  Then type 
shift/8 simultaneously on the keyboard and the tnc will reset to the start 
banner.  You have to then reprogram it from scratch.  73 Jim  K3QQN
