Actually, come to think about it.. that is a very common
symbol... Hummh... Maybe APRS should have one. We could use
it for toxic spills or APRS pirates... Anyway, I am willing to
consider adding a "skull and crossbones" ... My suggestion is
to add it to the HAZARDOUS alternate symbol using an overlay of
X. So "XH" would decode to skull&crossbones...
