Yep, the thin end of the wedge..... Forget it, you want to reduce 
your fuel costs? Its easy, use less of it....I have cut my costs  30% 
by reorganising vehicle usage. ;-)
Sorry FWIW,  fuel price locating has no place on APRS, just my .02 
cents worth :-)
