[aprssig] APRS Location to Text

I'm pretty sure Findu uses the Google Maps API to generate that information:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/services.html#Geocoding_Object

This section of the docs shows how to return info for a location, and the
next section shows how to pre-cache specific locations (i.e., your custom
locations).

Google Maps API is pretty dang useful.
