I hope these incident command types are more competent at handling 
disasters than they are with their documents.


25 megabytes for a single-page PDF is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!  


They obviously have been cluelessly pasting multi-mega-pixel digital 
images into this page layout WITHOUT RESIZING THEM FIRST.

Not to mention the misspelling at the bottom --   "Any errors are 
unitentional."   

[ Further, what an absurd bureaucratic legalistic BS disclaimer -- why 
would anyone INTENTIONALLY put errors in the document??? ]
