[aprssig] DGPS?

Earl,

  It may have been in the previous parts of this thread, but what's GBR-21.  I
have a GPS-V

  I frequently get 6-9 feet when there are enough low in the sky sats.

Possibly related - can't you just do a long term average of the posits to
improve accuracy?  Or is that false?  I thought that the survey guys had to
wait some time to get a high accuracy posit.
