[aprssig] Cell Phone GPS Forwarding?

Does anyone know if the GPS' within cell phones can be
forwarded to a remote host of the users choice?  My
cell phone doesn't have GPS, or I'd try it myself.

I'm working on a "mashup" that could combine APRS and
"non APRS" data sources on the same map (w/o injecting
non-APRS traffic into the APRS IS, btw).
