[aprssig] D700/D710 data port

Ok, I guess I misunderstood. I read that you wanted to create a  
protocol converter from Garmen to NMEA and then NMEA to Garmin so that  
the D700 could use a Nuvi or other Garmin GPS that did not support  
NMEA format.
