You need the diamond plate one-inch ball subassembly
(I don't have the part number, but it's the very
simple ball on a diamond-shaped foot).  The two holes
in the diamond foot line up with the two holes in the
bottom of the D700 head bracket (minus the seashell
foot).  If you look at the bottom of the mount you'll
see one small round hole (about a #6 screw) and one
elongated hole.  These fit the diamond ball mount. 
After that, it's up to you what additional arms and
mounts you'll need for the motorcycle.  RAM does offer
a ball attachment that replaces half the clamp on the
brake fluid reservoir.  All you need after that is an arm.
