Not to pick on Gary, but increasingly, I have noticed posts on this list and 
others that are in HTML format with no text only version embedded. With the 
email client(s) and settings that I'm using, I just see a blank message with 
no content. I can view the raw code from the message, but even though I 
fully understand HTML code, it's a real pain reading a message like that. If 
everyone used plain text format, it would make life a lot easier. I would 
also suggest not top posting (pleases don't start up another debate about 
top-posting if you happen to disagree with me) and trimming the quoted text 
to just what you want to comment on.

I left all of Gary's untrimmed text above in case others were only seeing a 
blank message as well.
