And I'm pretty sure the Chrysler plant is actually in Fenton, which IS in 
Missouri.   And I think the LeBarons were partially made in the old 
Jefferson Assembly building in Detroit and mine was a convetible.  I think 
those went up to Canada for the top conversion.     It's been a long time, 
I may be wrong.

Chrysler also has a plant in my home town, Perrysburg, Ohio.  I think they 
currently make steering columns there, but they're converting it (back) to 
making engines.  Back before they built the new factory in '67, I think the 
facility had made Sherman tank engines in WWII.

Anyway, it was a great car despite those dang 10mm nuts, and the first car 
I had an APRS tracker in.   My original antenna mount was homebrewed and 
when I keyed the mic, it made the interior lights come on.
