Perhaps a range filter got flipped on accidentally?  Check Setup->Main, "Main Parameters" tab.  Near the lower right corner there is a range filter option.  Also check the "Data" tab for the "Delete Data by Range (miles)" option.

What is your internet filter string?  (Setup->Setting->Internet->Filter)
