[aprssig] GPS receivers that do not shut down at >60,000' Altitude

Hello,
 
My project requires a GPS receiver that will not automatically shut down
at an altitude of >60,000'.
 
Does anyone know of a unit that fits this requirement or one that can be
easily configured/modified?
