[aprssig] Help with Interfacing a GPS to Kantronics KPC-3

Hello All,

Well I got the GPS receiver to talk to the KPC-3 TNC.  The problem was
simple to solve. Earl,KD5XB, mentioned two DTE (modems) need to have the
Tx and Rx swapped.

That suggestion fixed the issue.
