Hello list, and again pardon my ignorance. Can someone point me to the
algorithm referenced below?  I'm assuming that it has to do somewhat
with an RF version of what the non-token passing Ethernet world deals
with, but I don't want to assume anything.



There must be a formula of some sort?  Thank you!  MJ
