The Prius takes about 200 WHrs per mile.
So I figure on mine, Ill get about 8 miles..

But it wont be in all EV mode. The Prius is just too complex. So you just sneak the extra charge into the battery and the Prius will notice too much charge and will tend to use more electricity than normal to get the battery back down to about 60% where it likes to keep it.
So that 1.6kwh would offset about 8 miles of gas over the daily commute... But that is only in Arizona. Around here, it will be half that because we dont get as much sun...
