[aprssig] Local Repeater Initiative Progress!

Bob - don't forget that there are objects out there that won't show up 
on Findu.  I've got 2 digis doing the local repeater info, but they are 
a hop away from an Igate, so that object will never been seen on the 
APRS-IS stream.
