[aprssig] KNOPPIX and XASTIR

Apparently, I am supposed to use urpmi under Mandrake,
but I can't even get that to install all of the way. 
>From what I have read, once you have urpmi installed,
you gain knoppix like commands like apt-get...or so I
have read ;o)
