[aprssig] Porting to the New APRS Wiki

If the wiki has the issue that any person can add to it - why not start a
new system where there are several librarians that can only add content.

That would stop spammers

You are only trying to deliver web content ?

I even had a log in system where idiots abused it.

I have ported these 2 pages and a few others yesterday morning. Since I
"owned" these 2 pages I had the pictures locally and uploaded them to
the wiki. If external links to images are prefered, then I will change
them again.
