[aprssig] Amateur spam

Easiest thing to do is to open the sourch of the email message and send 
a message to abuse@(domain name) of the originating mail server. They 
usually take those kinds of things pretty seriously and will shut down a 
spammer fairly quickly (unless they're smart!)! He's probably been 
booted from several ISP's already...

Another good one to handle this FOR you is spamcop.com...
