Phil,
I am getting "Error opening data stream:b2vtracking.aprsca.net" Then it
tries again and gives me the error again.

I can only speculate on what happened, as I am not physically on the race
course this year. In fact, this is the first look I've had at things
since Thursday evening. I sent some equipment and instructions, but
either it was not installed properly OR (more likely) they were
overwhelmed with other issues and did not get to set up all of the
equipment for the alternate frequency. I know they were not able to
"replace" me this year, so everyone was extra busy. It's unfortunate that
things turned out as they did. Keep watching - it looks like they now
have the back half of the race course setup and I'm starting to see teams
at http://tracking.b2v.org

Race started at 11:30 AM PDT.
