[aprssig] APRS WX question...

The Tracker2 actually has space for the weather firmware at the same time.
I'm still working out some of the interactions, though.  You could
conceivably run a mobile weather station, with SmartBeaconing.  Not sure
that'd be useful, but I at least need to figure out what options make sense.
