[aprssig] New Kenwood radio?

The custom waypoint symbol feature works. At least on the GPSmap 60CS - I
don't know if anyone else has tried on another model. You have to upload
the symbol set beforehand using the Ximage utility.

I'd add support specifically for the AvMap units, but they don't publish any
protocol details (aside from generic NMEA support) and they really don't
seem that flexible when it comes to waypoint symbols and comments. I don't
have one myself, so I'm not really sure.
