Most light-aircraft have removable, circular (mostly) access panels on
the wings and fuselage, held in place with self-tapping screws. I've
known of a replacement panel being fitted, onto which is mounted an
antenna base.
Beware of CASA regulations regarding such fitment. Check with the pilot
or owner first.
