It is a side effect of being on the secondary server. This one runs  
MySQL version 4, which changed the default way dates are handled. I  
thought I had fixed all the calls (the answer is to change the select  
time SQL statement to select time+0), but I  obviously missed one.  
What URL does this add-on use?
