[aprssig] Remote monitoring

It uses whatever you have in the the UNPROTO command.

I'm monitoring a couple of solar sites with the KPC3+ 
take a look at http://www.gmra.org/aprs/solar/
(works best with a mozilla browser). 

The graphs are from findu.

Does the KPC-3+ allow you to set a path for the telemetry? I recall that the 
destination address was hard coded to BEACON, and I'm wondering if path is as 
well.
