You might look at Weather Display
http://www.weather-display.com/index.php.

It may be more program than you are after, but there is a Linux version, can
send APRS formatted data directly to the internet and it works with the Peet
Bros Ultimeter 2000.

Subject: [aprssig] Xastir for stand alone WX reporting on Linux

I want to install a Linux machine in a remote (unattended) location, connect
it to a Peet Bros. Ultimeter 2000, and send WX data on the APRS network for
storing in findu via the Internet, not RF. I am currently using RF,
http://w9if.net/cgi-bin/torreywx/wx.pl but prefer an Internet connection.

Xastir should do it, but it seems overkill for this application.
Alternative solutions appreciated.

thanks in advance,
Rich, W9IF
