[aprssig] WX Objects

Hey Williams,

We are seeing the same things down here.

I have several NWS warnings on my screen that expired hours ago 
according to the fingered wx data. Not sure whats going on.

I have them from Memphis (MEG), Nashville (OHX), and Huntsville (HUN) 
right now.
