[aprssig] Mt. Washington NH coverage?

Grrr.... and here it is easy to see why I hate maps that do 
not have a range scale on them!  Unless one is familiair with
MT washington, it is impoossible to tell from this map
if the view is 5 miles across, or 50...   THis is my
pet -pieve, that ALL maps must display a range scale
or some kind of legend to give the viewer a clue
what scale he is looking at...  grumble....  Bob, Wb4APR

  MTWASH is an object not an actual station. There is nothing that  
even your D700 could get  to on the Tuck side. And I know from my  
trip down 302 through Crawford Notch the last few years that coverage  
down there is spotty at best but of no use on the Tuck side. If the  
D7 worked in any way it would be a random bounce of the high steep  
walls of Pinkham Notch.
