Numerous digi's in NH and in ME that will hear you...providing they don't hear all the other chatter from more powerful stations.

Look for:
N1RUF-3 in Leabanon, ME
KQ1L-1 atop Streaked Mt, Buckfield, ME (probably best bet)
K1JY-2 in NH
