Yes...most certainly propagation. My only point was that when propagation is
down long paths, while a problem, aren't as serious as when propagation is
up. Wasn't trying to pick on W9MBD his normal use of W4-4 might be
justified. I just wanted to use it as an example for those still not using
WIDEn-N. Should have made that point clearer the first time.
