Here's a packet that made it from IL to NE. If it wasn't for the use of
WIDE4-4 I wouldn't have noticed it in the logs.

Position of W9MBD --- 15.6 miles southeast of Mattoon, IL heard by
N0YXV-1 --- 2.8 miles southwest of Grand Island, NE. I only got one packet
but thought it might make a good example for why the New-N paradigm
specifies the use of WIDE3-3 and lower.
