[aprssig] RELAY in path still

Is this a real high profile machine or is it a rooftop
home station that doesn't cover much but hits another
wider digi nearby? Is it easily accessed? I am not
condoning this path but playing devils' advocate for
its owner.
I had to look at machines closer to me to find out why
they weren't digi-ing my position on a recent trip.
They are supposed to be decent in height but weren't
pinging my packets anywhere. I don't know what they
are really set for. The beacons say one thing but I
don't really know if the TNCs are set up correctly.
