[aprssig] DXCluster to APRS-RF

Has anybody (yet - grin) built a DXCluster stream to APRS RF script?
Preferably something in PERL that talks to the AX25 stack?  It's
going to happen here RSN but if anybody else has something going
that'll save a few ATU's setting it up.

One requirement is that it has to be smart enough to allow
filtering the spots.  I want local postings, not what somebody
on the other side of the country entered.
