That all depends on the material available in Wikipedia and how many links
are made to it. For instance, when I googled "Heim Theory" the second link
was to an excellent Wikipedia article.
But again, to me the most important thing is not where the Wiki lives but
that everyone is on the same page.

Just my 2 cents worth. When I started in APRS I did a lot of Googling (and
ogling but that's another story) and I can't think of one time I got a
Wikipedia Hit. If we're going to post it, it should be very easy to Google
or Yahoo or Dogpile...etc.
