I would assume that all schemes wait until end
of DCD and DCD works on valid bytes, not just
flag bytes... So there should be no key up until
actual end of packet (even with multiple frames).

There's no guarantee that it'll be a single FLAG between frames. It could
be two, or it could be several. I guess as long as the difference between
devices in what constutites the end of a transmission is not more than the
length of the packet, you'll still get a collision.
