[aprssig] Charlottsville Landing: Solar tetroon Sky Diamond 9 aloft

Did anyone go pick this balloon up?  It fell just SE of
Charlottsvile VA which has a strong APRS contingent.
It looks like it is just out in the edge of a field.

I am surprised I havent seen any discussion about
it here.  Maybe noone in Charlottsville noticed it?
