[aprssig] javAPRSSrver or APRSd?

I've been using javAPRSSrvr as an I-Gate, a DStarInterface, and as an
Internet server for many months.  I think most people use it with
Linux, but it has never crashed and it has performed well on the
Pentium 3 computer using Windows XP Pro.
