Hi All,

Ever since I started operating APRS, I've seen this station that IDs with
DISABL. Does anyone know what this is? Is this an old experiment long
forgotten?

I'm getting the idea that this is in SE Wisconsin altho I could be totally
wrong. KA9SCF-15/WB9WLS is where I'm pulling this information from.
