Hi Chris,

The simple answer is yes, no. You need to identify at least every half hour 
and give a general location. For example KB8UIH mobile VE3 in Toronto. Be 
sure you have your American license with you. While I live near the border, 
on the US side, I travel often into Canada. Have never had a bit of a problem.
