Yes.
Using Flexnet32:

DG and VC mode. Most efficient with 6pack in the TNC.

Using AGWPE:
http://elcom.gr/sv2agw/agwpe.htm
Only DG mode, no VC.
Good for direct connections.

It depends also on which of the two you can interface
with your application. Some Packet SW can interface
both. I use the free WPP for TCP/IP over radio:

(nntp, smtp and pop, remote controls etc.)

It also includes a simple APRS client. All good for
portable operation. So we are back on topic.

However, some of the docs are still only in German.
The UI is multi-language.
